Executive Chef Nathan Chilcott and his team at 57th Street restaurant will seduce foodies with an elaborate international buffet showcasing a myriad of ocean-fresh crustaceans and fish including Boston lobsters cook to order, imported oysters and sumptuous seafood selection. Other highlights include Roasted Wagyu Prime ribs, Honey glazed ham, Foie gras. There will also be a Sushi and Sashimi Station and Asian dishes.
