Time flies! The special day we are looking forward to is here again!! “Loi Krathong day”: the word “Loi” means to float, and “Krathong” means a decorated basket or buoyant, normally made from banana tree trunk, banana leaves and flowers. The tradition Thai tradition to float basket to the river. I believe many of you have joined this festival. To show your appreciation to the river, to the world, and most importantly, spend special moment with your loved one. This year our “9journeythailand” had a special moment at “The Terrace@72 Restaurant & Bar, Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam Riverside”.
As usual, “Loi Krathong” event will be held each year. However, The Traditional colorful Thai costume, many different kinds of “Krathong”, attractive Thai style decorations, shows, activities, and the dinner buffet were impeccable this year.
