PRIME offers St. Helen USDA Prime cuts, from corn-fed herds on the pristine pastures of Washington State, USA. We of course offer Tajima Wagyu beef. Related in bloodlines to Kobe beef, these herds are raised in the wild fields of Victoria, Australia and grain-fed for 500 days, in strict accordance with Japanese traditions.  In addition, top grade Miyasaki beef from Japan is available in PRIME.

The finest cuts of meat are nothing without the expert preparation, and our steaks are cooked in wood-fired ovens. PRIME offers flavored wood chips that add distinctive tasting notes – Hickory, Cherry Wood and Eucalyptus scented with Mesquite and even Jack Daniel’s. The man behind these culinary creations is Chef de Cuisine Sethasak, a master of his craft who celebrates both tradition and innovation.

 

Khun Pia, PRIME’s Manager will ensure every dish is perfectly pairs from the expansive wine cellar PRIME offers.
