The word “Thiptara” means “Heaven on the water”, reflects the idea of the maximum relaxation during the period of time in this restaurant.

Including of 5 Thai pavillions, each of them are decorated in Teak wood hand carving design from “Ayuttaya” province. The outdoor decoration like a tiny bridge across the canal, the bamboo deck and the live musical performance using “Khim” or Cymbalo– a musical instrument, playing traditional Thai songs, created the feeling of appreciation in Thai cultural and tradition.

Here we come to a signature dish, “Yum Phak Boong Grob Goong” (THB 360++) – White prawns with crispy morning glory in chilli dressing




“Gaeng Khua Nua Yang Bai-Cha-Plu” (THB 520++) – Yellow curry with grilled beef rump, turmeric, coconut milk and betel leaves from the garden




“Pla-Hima Sam Rod” (THB 820++) – Deep-fried snow fish with spicy, sweet and sour sauce




“Pla-Gao Phad Miang Kham” (THB 540++) – Deep-fried garoupa topped with sautéed shallot, ginger, lime and peanuts




“Khao Phad Thiptara” (THB 380++) – Fried Jasmine rice with chilli paste, shrimp and salty egg




Signature drink of “Thiptara”, “Thaijito” (THB 390++) – cocktail mixs with Thai whiskey, peach schnapps, lime, pineapple, mint and chilli
