On 24th floor of the hotel, well-known for its consistent food quality, the use of standardized recipes and the original Japanese way of preparation called “Kaiseki Ryōri”. Known as the first Japanese restaurant opened in Okura Hotel, Tokyo, the five star hotel in Japan.




The Yamazato specially decorated in an original Japanese style with the “Origami”– the popular japanese paper folding, the waitress dress in Kimono, and using the classic japanese pottery, completely turn this restaurant as you are dining in Japan.




The restaurant opens during breakfast, lunch and dinner time, served you Teppanyaki, Sushi and “Kaiseki Ryōri”.





“Teppanyaki” is a style of japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook, “Teppan” means iron plate and “Yaki” means grilled or pan-fried. “Yamazato” offers 2 modern teppanyaki grills where customers can closely experience the japanese cooking from professional chef.


Sushi Bar


“Sushi”, “Yamazato” concerns every single detail in food preparation, perfect food cutting skills and techniques, imported varieties product from famous cities in Japan. Using the best quality of fish from well-known Sukuji fish Market, served with finest fresh wasabi and side dishes.




“Kaiseki Ryōri” is a traditional muiti-course dinner, served on an individual tray, the ultimate in Japanese fine dining. This cuisine were developed over time, in the past, can be seen only in major ceremony.
