On 24th floor of the hotel, well-known for its consistent food quality, the use of standardized recipes and the original Japanese way of preparation called “Kaiseki Ryōri”. Known as the first Japanese restaurant opened in Okura Hotel, Tokyo, the five star hotel in Japan.
