Regarded as a symbol of hope and renewal, Japan’s sakura cherry blossom has inspired Chef Kenji and Chef Masami to create a fresh and vibrant menu available at KiSara throughout April.
Diners can enjoy chef’s enticing Sakura Bara-Chirashi set lunch menu at KiSara for just THB 900* or go à la carte with delectable dishes from THB 240*.
The exquisite set lunch menu begins with the chef’s warm starter of the day followed by a Potato salad with garden-fresh vegetables, and Chicken and vegetable egg custard. The beautifully presented dishes also include Crispy sakura shrimps and a cubed sashimi selection atop perfectly cooked sushi rice, and a comforting Cherry blossom noodle soup. The lunch set ends with a choice of fresh fruits, ice cream or a luscious crème brûlée.
Lovers of authentic Japanese cuisine can also explore the seasonal sakura à la carte dishes with highlights such as Sakura shrimps and ice fish tempura, melt-in-the-mouth Simmered Alfonsino fish head in sweet soy sauce, tasty Teppanyaki firefly squid with vegetables, and much more.
