The restaurant’s Italian Chef Luca Casini gracefully shaves pieces Our Italian pieces of the aromatic truffle into his creations, highlighting the flavour of the dishes whilst, in the process, covering the whole restaurant in this earthy scent of temptation. Black truffle might be harvested from underground, but the pleasure derived from dining on it is surely divine. Sumptuous dishes include Bruschetta with Marinated Summer Mushroom and Black Truffle, Beef Tartar with Slow-cooked Egg Yolk and Black Truffle Shaving, and House-made Tagliatelle with Butter Sauce, Parmesan Cheese and Black Truffle. Diners can enjoy this gastronomic jewel dishes from Bt380++ per dish.
