Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok’s Salathip Thai restaurant serves premium-quality grouper, a fish that is considered to have the most delicious meat, prepared in the guests’ preferred cooking style from 1 May to 30 June 2016.  Diners may relish in the rich texture and decadence of grouper, which is renowned for its juicy and fresh taste.

 

The grouper may be prepared in five different options including stir fried with chilli and young peppercorn sauce, stir fried with garlic and black pepper sauce, hot and sour soup, red curry with coconut milk, and steamed with lime juice and chilli. The Live Fish Spectacular promotion is available for dinner, along with the great atmosphere of the Chao Phraya River, for 990++ baht per whole grouper.
